Cloud Kennel AI Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Owner," "Company," "We," "Our," or "Us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 of India, having its registered office at L1001 Park Titanium, Park Street, Wakad, Pune, Maharashtra - 411057, India, and operating under the brand name "BONO" ("Brand Name"). We are the sole owner, operator, author, and publisher of this Website and intend to ensure your steady commitment to the usage of this Website and the services provided by us through our website www.bonn-o.com

• Trainer/behaviorist services
• Boarding services
• Other general utility pet care services

BONN-O does not provide pet care services directly. We are a neutral venue for Service Providers and Service Users. Service Providers listed on BONN-O are not employees, contractors, or legally bound to BONN-O and are not under our direction or control. Service Providers determine in their own discretion how to provide Pet Care Services. The Platform shall be operational worldwide, providing services in different countries while abiding by the laws and regulations of respective countries.

Eligibility Criteria

Use of this Platform is available only to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Are not "incompetent to contract" including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc.
• Are not suspended or removed from the system by BONN-O

For Minors: If you are under 18 years, you may use this Website only with consent of your legal guardian, and all acts shall be deemed undertaken under supervision of the legal guardian.

For Business Entities: You must represent that you are duly authorized to accept these terms and have authority to bind the business entity.

Registration on the Platform is mandatory for Users. Registration requires providing:

• Address
• City

You may also register using your existing Facebook account and log-in credentials. Users may not maintain more than one account, and maintaining multiple accounts constitutes fraud.

BONN-O reserves the sole and exclusive right to amend or modify these Terms of Use without prior permission or intimation. Any amendments shall come into effect immediately upon posting notice at https://www.bonn-o.com/terms-of-use. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Use for changes. For all payments for services on the Website, you will be redirected to a third-party payment gateway. The payment gateway may:

Mediation and Arbitration

Disputes shall first be resolved through mediation administered by the Centre for Online Resolution of Disputes (CORD). If mediation fails within 45 days, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration administered by CORD with:

• English as the language of arbitration
• Pune, Maharashtra, India as the seat of arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws, rules, and regulations of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts in New Delhi, India.
